Do you think that the used car prices will go down for the next few months ?

In my opinion i feel that the prices of some used cars like german make and some suv that has either big engines or 4x4 will go down faster than others, do you agree with me or have any other opinion cause im thinking of replacing my car with a used one. thanks

meh. apparently while the American economy is headed downhill, the used car market is doing surprisingly well. So, to answer your question, buy a new car. A used car will not be much cheaper. If you do want a bit cheaper of a car, idk, go for a used one. Trust me, good used cars are surprisingly hard to find right now. All I want is a mini cooper convertible that hasn't been in a head on collision
probally, i always drive beaters and I can find $800 buick centurys, and old ford escorts all day long. I have been driving crappy cars for over 10 years and they get me around the same way a nice new car does, just without style
most likely, since the economy is going to continue downsliding, unemployment will continue to grow, and therefore more people will be selling their cars. The price of used cars will go down due to increase in supply, which will also impact new car prices downward. Also, with Chrysler going bk and GM right behind, the price of new cars should continue to fall
