If i buy a car in Florida and the dealer did not disclose that the car was a rental, is that illegal?

Bought a Dodge Van from a Dodge dealer. Just found out acci ly that the car was a RENTAL. No one told me at the dealership. Is this Legal in Florida? Where can I find the laws on selling rental cars to people in Florida

As far as I know and what those history reports tell you is whether or not it had been in a severe accident. Minor fenderbenders do not count. Whether or not the odometer was rolled back. Whether or not fire or flood damage. Carfax does report previous owners and where they were at. You should not have too many issues with your vehicle being a rental unless rented by me of course The companies of course maintain those cars to the T. My car was a rental in Hawaii still under factory warentee when I bought it and the only problem was the p enger seat was rusted stuck due to salt air and it got fixed when I bought it, also a half - ed repaint on the right rear quarterp. other than that and minor electrical problems due to chrysler's inability to wire a car correctly.
